The Calendar option shows a clear view of all past and upcoming events. This functionality offers a month/week/day view and allows you to download all your events in an .ICS format.

Create the perfect event. Start by selecting the date and time when your event will take place and if it is an All-day event and/or if it repeats. Add the private name (for internal reference), location (including Room) and mark it as a private or public event.

Add or edit Speakers in only a few clicks. Add their name, photo, email, phone, representative details and assign it to an Organizer. All the details can be viewed and edited at any time.

Add or edit Attendees to your events by simply filling the First and Last name fields, e-mail, phone number, a predefined password, user status and user role. These fields can be updated at any time.

Add one or more Rooms as the places where all your events will happen.

Easily add or edit Organizers to your business and/or event(s). Each Organizer can be fully customized with Name, Email, pre-set password, phone, user status and user role. By using the ‘Search’ function you can easily find one or more Organizers.
