They have an all inclusive approach to business event planning. Their offering combines the physical conference rooms with additional services, such as: marketing, PR, photography, or catering.
The customer wanted a modern approach to event planning. They were looking for a software solution that would benefit all the actors involved: the venue owner, the event organizer and the attendee. Leading Minds ultimately wanted to offer its end users a hassle-free process and a memorable experience.
MySmart.App developed an event management app for venue owners and organizers, as well as a mobile app for the participants. Configuring an event in the app takes less than 5 minutes. The organizers have access to statistics and graphs sorted by participation rate, sales by ticket type, time and payment methods. The app can also be integrated with any website, a useful functionality for speakers who wanted to promote the event on their own pages.
The Smart App was used for every event organized by Leading Minds. Not only was it fast to work with, but it also helped organizers communicate more efficiently with the attendees. Every update, resource and poll reached the attendees instantly, without the need for back and forth emails or text messages.
